Structured therapy groups for men in Oregon.

For men who want to work on patterns in real relationship.

Many men come to group feeling unsure about talking in front of others, worried about being judged, or skeptical that it will help. What often surprises them is how quickly group work reduces isolation and brings clarity.

For many men, group therapy provides something individual therapy alone cannot: real-time feedback, shared experience, and the chance to practice skills in a structured, supportive space.

Group therapy may be a good fit if you:

  • struggle with isolation or disconnection

  • want to work on relational patterns

  • feel stuck in shame or self-criticism

  • want support from others who “get it”

  • are open to learning through shared experience

Commitment and structure.

All groups are closed, structured therapy cohorts. Members begin and complete the series together.

A brief screening consultation is required prior to enrollment to ensure the group is an appropriate fit.

Because group therapy relies on consistency, presence, and trust, participants commit to the full duration of the cohort. Enrollment reserves your place in the group, and members are financially responsible for all sessions in the series, regardless of attendance.

This structure protects the integrity of the group and supports sustained engagement in the work.

Pricing is listed below for each group. Payment plans are available. Please reach out with any questions prior to enrollment.

Current groups.

  • This group is not currently accepting new members. If you would like to be notified when a new cohort forms, please reach out to be added to the interest list.

This group is designed for adult men who have experienced chronic relational trauma, attachment wounds, or prolonged exposure to emotionally invalidating environments.

Many men were never given language for what happened to them — only expectations about how they should respond. Be strong. Be logical. Be unaffected. Handle it yourself.

Over time, those expectations can turn into emotional isolation, anger that feels disproportionate, shutdown in conflict, over-functioning in relationships, or a persistent sense of being misunderstood.

    This group offers something different.

    Together, we focus on:

    • Building emotional literacy without shame

    • Deconstructing stoicism — separating strength from emotional suppression

    • Understanding how trauma shapes attachment, avoidance, anger, and control

    • Accessing grief beneath irritability or numbness

    • Learning accountability without collapse or defensiveness

    • Practicing direct, regulated communication

    • Reworking relational patterns in real time

This group is offered at a tiered, equity-based rate:

    • $80/session – Community Access Rate

    • $110/session – Standard Rate

    • $140/session – Sustainer Rate

Please select the tier that aligns with your financial capacity. A limited number of Community Access Rate spots are available in each cohort.

  • This group is not currently accepting new members. If you would like to be notified when a new cohort forms, please reach out to be added to the interest list.

This group is designed for men who want stronger, more secure relationships, but find themselves repeating the same patterns.

    You may notice:

    • Pulling away when things get close

    • Over-functioning or trying to “manage” the relationship

    • Irritability instead of vulnerability

    • Fear of being controlled, exposed, or dependent

    • Choosing emotionally unavailable partners

Attachment patterns are not character flaws. They are adaptations.

In this group, we examine how early relational experiences shape adult intimacy and how to build connection without losing yourself.

    Together, we focus on:

    • Identifying your attachment style in real time

    • Understanding distancing, defensiveness, and shutdown

    • Practicing emotional risk in contained ways

    • Developing boundaries without withdrawal

    • Repairing conflict without escalation or avoidance

    • Strengthening self-trust inside relationships

This group is offered at a tiered, equity-based rate:

    • $80/session – Community Access Rate

    • $110/session – Standard Rate

    • $140/session – Sustainer Rate

Please select the tier that aligns with your financial capacity. A limited number of Community Access Rate spots are available in each cohort.

This group is designed for men who appear successful on the outside but feel chronically tense, disconnected, or exhausted internally.

    You may notice:

    • Difficulty turning your brain off

    • Irritability or emotional numbness

    • A sense that rest feels undeserved

    • Feeling highly productive but restless

    • Discomfort receiving support

For many men, competence becomes armor. Responsibility becomes identity. And emotional needs get deferred indefinitely. These strategies often work…until they don’t.

    Together, we focus on:

    • Examining productivity as a coping strategy

    • Identifying chronic nervous system activation

    • Deconstructing productivity as self-worth

    • Reducing emotional isolation

    • Differentiating responsibility from over-responsibility

    • Building sustainable strength rather than survival-based endurance

This group is offered at a tiered, equity-based rate:

    • $80/session – Community Access Rate

    • $110/session – Standard Rate

    • $140/session – Sustainer Rate
