Structured therapy groups for men in Oregon.

For men who want to work on patterns in real relationship.

Many men come to group feeling unsure about talking in front of others, worried about being judged, or skeptical that it will help. What often surprises them is how quickly group work reduces isolation and brings clarity.

For many men, group therapy provides something individual therapy alone cannot: real-time feedback, shared experience, and the chance to practice skills in a structured, supportive space.

Group therapy may be a good fit if you:

  • struggle with isolation or disconnection

  • want to work on relational patterns

  • feel stuck in shame or self-criticism

  • want support from others who “get it”

  • are open to learning through shared experience

Commitment and structure.

All groups are closed, structured therapy cohorts. Members begin and complete the series together.

A brief screening consultation is required prior to enrollment to ensure the group is an appropriate fit.

Because group therapy relies on consistency, presence, and trust, participants commit to the full duration of the cohort. Enrollment reserves your place in the group, and members are financially responsible for all sessions in the series, regardless of attendance.

This structure protects the integrity of the group and supports sustained engagement in the work.

Pricing is listed below for each group. Payment plans are available. Please reach out with any questions prior to enrollment.
