Fees & Accessibility

An equity-based approach to private-pay care.

I offer private-pay services and do not accept insurance. This allows the therapeutic work to remain collaborative, flexible, and responsive to each client’s needs, without the external constraints on care.

My standard rate is $260 per hour, which applies to individual therapy, evaluations, and intensive services. To support access while maintaining sustainable care, I offer an equity-based, tiered fee structure.

Rather than focusing only on income, clients are encouraged to consider their overall access to financial resources, including savings, debt, medical or caregiving expenses, and generational wealth.

No documentation is required. This system relies on honesty, consent, and shared responsibility for sustainable care.

Group Therapy

Group therapy is offered at a consistent per-session rate, with tiered equity-based pricing available to increase accessibility. Rates vary by group and are outlined within each group description.

Intensives

Intensive services are offered in extended sessions and are priced using the same equity-based, tiered fee structure as individual therapy.

Equity-Based Intensive Rates

Half-Day Intensive (3 hours)

  • Community Access Rate: $510-$585

  • Standard Rate: $720–$780

  • Sustainer Rate: $855–$945

Full-Day Intensive (6 hours)

  • Standard Rate: $1,440–$1,560

  • Sustainer Rate: $1,710–$1,890

Sustainer Rate payments help fund reduced-fee intensives.

Multi-Day Intensive Packages

Multi-day intensives are priced proportionally based on the selected tier.

Availability for intensive services is limited.

Evaluation

Psychological evaluations are offered as capped, flat-fee packages so clients know the total cost in advance, regardless of how long the evaluation takes to complete.

Evaluation Fee Structure

Standard Evaluation Fee: $2,600

This covers the full evaluation process, including clinical interviews, testing, scoring, interpretation, report writing, and feedback.

Evaluation Fee Cap: $4,200

Some evaluations require additional time due to clinical complexity beyond the standard scope. When this is anticipated, the total fee will be discussed in advance and will not exceed the stated cap.

Equity-Based Evaluation Access

A limited number of reduced-fee evaluation slots are available per quarter and are supported through the Solidarity Fund. Availability varies.

Clients with greater access to financial resources may choose a Sustainer Rate, which directly supports reduced-fee evaluation access.

Review of Rates

Rates are typically held for a minimum of 12 months. Clients may request a review if their financial circumstances change.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Solidarity Fund

The Solidarity Fund supports:

  • Reduced-fee therapy slots

  • Reduced-fee evaluation services

  • Short-term access support during periods of financial or medical hardship

Contributions are voluntary and client-directed.

Out-of-Network Reimbursement

If your insurance plan offers out-of-network benefits, I can provide superbills that you can submit for potential reimbursement.

Many clients receive 40–80% back, depending on their plan.
